In an effort to educate troubled investors of Anugrah Stock & Broking, Moneylife Foundation had organised a series of webinars with zindustry and legal experts. This webinar was also organised for the express benefit of such investors, in order to explain how the National Stock Exchange’s (NSE) grievance redressal mechanism functions and which avenue of redressal would be applicable in a particular case.
The session was lead by Nisha Subhash, Senior Vice-President of NSE’s Investor Services Cell and her colleague Dinaz Shroff from the Investor Services Cell. In a meticulous presentation, Ms Shroff systematically demonstrated the process of utilising NSE’s grievance redressal process and laid down the steps which are followed by NSE in any particular complaint. The brief presentation was followed by a Q&A session, where Ms Subhash attempted to answer and clarify the doubts raised by the participants of the webinar.
